I visited this restaurant on a Friday evening at 7pm specifically to enjoy the live music they had to offer. I was impressed by the well-balanced menu options and the comfortable seating arrangements. The music was fantastic and I especially enjoyed the chocolate lava cake with ice cream for dessert. After indulging, we opted for some refreshing mint tea while we listened to the live tunes. Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our overall experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant the next time I find myself in Carmel Valley.

During a spontaneous stop in Carmel Valley, a friend and I found ourselves staying the night in a charming hotel just a block away from this hidden gem of a bar. Our intention was to grab a quick drink, but one drink turned into 17 as we were completely captivated by the cozy atmosphere and friendly vibe of the place. This bar exceeded all our expectations and set the standard for what a perfect bar should be like.

While we understand that the Covid-19 pandemic has brought about numerous changes for businesses, we can't help but feel disheartened by the decline in both the food quality and pricing at our beloved restaurant. Sadly, we have come to the conclusion that this is not a place we will be returning to anytime soon.
